Plants Replacement

Cold Creek Nurseries guarantees all shrub and tree products purchased from us online for up to 365 days from original purchase date. Simply log into your account, and fill out our replacement request form. We may provide you with a link to upload a picture of your product in order to complete your request. Once your request is complete, we will promptly send you a product replacement, or if a replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Gift Box Items Replacement

For Gift Boxes, we will replace damaged or defective items if your request for replacement is made within 14 days of receipt. We may require you to provide us with images of the damage.

Please note: Cold Creek Nurseries Returns and Refunds Guarantee is not available for perennials and annuals, or for product damage or loss caused by acts of nature.
