We do our best to be sure shipping time is as short as possible so the plant arrives in good condition. If a live plant is ordered between Friday 12pm through Monday 12pm it will ship Tuesday. Time in transit depends upon your location. You will be provided package tracking information automatically when the package leaves our nursery. Transit times vary, but depending upon the day you order and your location expect a 2-7 day time period for delivery.

To request a replacement plant, do not discard the plant. Please fill out our the form to request a replacement. We will respond promptly. Replacement Plant Request Form
